't Is ook nooit goed
Een klein maar mooi caravannetje staat op een plein en er langs lopen, druk pratend en gesticulerend, een kapitalist (hoge hoed, sigaar) en Wouter Bos (acteur met masker en PvdA op een armband). De kapitalist blijft staan om met de armen zijn betoog meer kracht bij te zetten, toevallig precies voor de caravan.
Kapitalist: Honderdduizend euro heb ik bij Icesave. Dat mag ik toch niet zomaar kwijt raken; daar moet je iets aan doen, Wouter Bos!
Bos: Tja, het is heel erg om je spaargeld te verliezen. Heb je nog wat geld achter de hand?
K: Haast niks; ik krijg dit jaar maar een paar ton bonus. Ik kom niet rond. Hoe moet ik het personeel van mijn villa betalen en de brandstof voor mijn drie autos en mijn jacht.
B: De regering probeert iedereen te helpen.
De mobiele telefoon van Bos rinkelt en hij neemt op.
B: Met de Minister...Oh, hallo Wellink. Tegen Publiek: St, ik heb de baas van de Nederlandsche Bank voor de telefoon..... Jawel meneer Wellink.......Zeker......Doe ik. Doei.
Bos bergt zijn telefoon op en zet een ministerssteek op.
B tegen K: Wees maar niet bezorgd; ik de Minister van Financieën garandeer honderdduizend euro spaargeld.
K klopt Bos op de schouder: Goed zo jongen, zo hoort het.
Onderwijl gaat het deurtje van de caravan open en Jan met ouderwetse platte pet kijkt rond, luistert en zegt: Ik heb geen spaargeld.
K: Wie geen spaargeld heeft krijgt ook geen rente.
K tegen B: Ik moet die honderdduizend euro spaargeld gauw terug hebben, want ik krijg nu geen 5,25% rente meer nadat ze op IJsland omgevallen zijn.
B: Komt in orde. De Staat der Nederlanden staat garant dat iedereen honderdduizend euro spaargeld terug krijgt, ongeacht bij wie en tegen welke rente gespaard is.
J tegen B: Nou, als u helpt is er misschien ook nog wel wat voor mij over. Hij wijst op zijn caravannetje: Kan ik best gebruiken voor een grotere behuizing.
K tegen J: Woont u in die caravan?
J: Ja, dat is goedkoper dan zo'n duur huurhuis.
K: Ik heb nog wel een woninkje te huur. Maar duizend euro per maand. Daar verdien ik haast niks op.
J: Nee dank je, het geld groeit me niet op mijn rug.
K tegen B: Kom, ik wil graag meteen mijn spaargeld terug.
B: Wordt aan gewerkt. We moeten solidair met elkaar zijn en samen zorgen dat spaarders niet gedupeerd worden.
B tegen J: U bent toch ook solidair?
J: Ik heb geen spaargeld.
B: Nee, maar de staat staat garant als u begrijpt wat ik bedoel. En de staat komt aan geld door middel van belasting.
J: Ik heb geen geld om belasting te betalen.
B: Als u geen belasting betaalt bent u niet solidair. Dat kunnen we niet hebben!
Een deurwaarder is opgekomen met opschrijfboek en verzegelspullen.
Deurwaarder: Als u niet meebetaalt moet ik helaas beslag leggen op uw caravan.
B en K knikken goedkeurend; wandelen daarna weg, nog druk in gesprek.
J tegen D: Ik heb geen geld om te betalen zodat spaarders hun geld terug krijgen.
D: Zo is de wet nu eenmaal.
Twee politieagenten komen op en trekken J uit zijn caravan. J verzet zich en geeft D die de deur van de caravan verder opentrekt een lichte klap: Afblijven!
De beide politieagenten samen, luidkeels op hoge toon tegen het publiek: Geweld tegen een ambtenaar in funktie!.
Ze boeien Jan met de ouderwetse pet en voeren hem af, terwijl D de caravan verzegelt en een biljet gerechtelijke verkoping opplakt.
Er klinkt muziek, liefst van boven, en een soprane zingt:
Zeg Jan met de pet,
ken jij niet de wet?
Solidair moet je zijn:
verzachten spaarders pijn.
Jij, voor een dubbeltje geboren
moet voelen als je niet wilt horen.

Thee en biefstuk
>Een oud, klein, mooi caravannetje (beschikbaar in stalling De Ganzenhoeve, Zeewolde) staat op de Dam of bij de Stopera; een geit, aangebonden, eet van een hangende ris spruitenstronken.
Een politieagent komt aangeslenterd, bekijkt een en ander van alle kanten, klopt op de deur van de caravan, daarna op een ruitje, tuurt naar binnen, krabt achter zijn oor, ziet de geit, neemt zijn opschrijfboekje.
De burgemeester, herkenbaar aan de ambtsketting, komt langs, blijft staan en blijkt onder een grote theemuts een theepot met bekertjes bij zich te hebben. Hij biedt de agent thee aan, klopt ook op de caravan, biedt het publiek thee aan.
Het deurtje van de caravan gaat open, een vrouwtje 65+ komt tevoorschijn en krijgt ook thee.
Burgemeester: Prettig u te ontmoeten; als 't u blieft, een lekkere kop thee.
Vrouwtje: Dank u wel, wat aardig van u.
Politieagent: Mevrouw, het is verboden om op de Dam/dit plein te kamperen.
Hij kijkt met een schuin oog naar B. Helaas moet ik u verbaliseren.
B: Wacht even, mevrouw kan misschien uitleggen hoe zij hier met haar caravannetje en haar geit verzeild geraakt is. Was het per ongeluk, mevrouw?
V: Ja en nee. Ik hoorde dat de gemeente Amsterdam kersttoeslag geeft aan arme mensen zoals ik. Daarom kwam ik hier.
B: Zeker geven wij kersttoeslag; wel vijftig euro.
P terzijde: Maar vijftig euro, dat is veel te weinig voor ambtenaren zoals ik; dat moet de vakbond weten.
V: Ha fijn, vijftig euro kan ik prima gebruiken.
B: Vast wel, wat gaat u er mee doen? Een cadeau kopen?
P terzijde: Een cadeautjè dan. Veel meer kan ze er niet mee doen.
V: Ja en nee, hoewel, 't is maar hoe je het noemt.
B: U maakt mij nieuwsgierig. mag ik weten als ik niet onbeleefd ben wat u ervoor gaat kopen?
V: Biefstuk.
B: Eh, pardon, ik heb u niet goed verstaan.
V: Biefstuk.
B: Biefstuk?
V: Sappig, mals rundvlees van eersteklas kwaliteit. Niks varken of kip van de bio-industrie. Dat eet ik niet, want het is tegen de Tien Geboden.
B: Tien Geboden? Terzijde; Wij maken er veel meer. Vèrboden dan.
V: De Tien Geboden kennen ook aan het vee sabbath toe; ontspannen rondscharrelen in een natuurlijke omgeving.
P terzijde: Dat moet ik onthouden; zomaar rondscharrelen. Daar zitten vast wel wat bonnen in. Die geit slinger ik dadelijk ook op de bon.
V: Scharrelen in een natuurlijke omgeving, niet opsluiten in de schuren van de bio-industrie zonder zon en regen van de Schepper.
B: Ahum, ziet u dat zo! U eet dus biefstuk.
V: Ik ben er dol op. Maar het is heel duur.
B: Wij van de gemeente eten het soms wel een paar keer per week.
V: En u hoeft dan niet in een caravan te wonen om er voor te sparen? U hebt voldoende geld om ook een huis te hebben!
B: Tja, wij werken hard en worden daarvoor beloond.
P terzijde: Thee schenken en kletsen.
P: Mag ik vragen: Ook bij de politie bestaat er animo om regelmatig biefstuk te eten.
B terzijde: Dat lukt vast beter als jij veel bonnen schrijft.
V: Ik verheug me al zo op de kerst met die lekkere biefstuk dank zij uw vijftig euro.
B: Lust u geen reebout.. Oh,pardon, laten we het niet over eten hebben. Ik bedoel waarom woont u in een caravan?
V: Ik moet kiezen of delen. Of een klein huisje, een kamer bij vreemde mensen misschien en daarin pinaren, of af en toe mijzelf verwennen met biefstuk; mmm zo lekker!
P: Gaat u uw geit terzijnertijd ook opeten?
V: Nee, die geeft melk, het lieve dier.
Een vakbondsleidster kwam aangelopen en heeft toegeluisterd. Ze draagt een shirt met opschrift Leve de vakbond.
Leidster: Goededag samen; ik hoor dat de minima onvoldoende inkomen hebben voor een huis.
B: Niet helemaal waar; mevrouw zegt zelf dat het kiezen is. Of het een of het ander.
L: Maar u hebt beide, beter gezegd van alles.
B en P: Wij ambtenaren werken daar hard voor.
P tegen L: Vijftig euro kerstgratificatie is voor ons veel te weinig.
L: Zeker is dat veel te weinig, bent u vakbondslid? Dan kunt u op ons rekenen. Wij van het vakbondsbestuur eisen minstens drieeneenhalf procent.
B: Dat is misschien niet teveel en niet te weinig. Even uitrekenen: driekommavijf procent van mijn salaris zal ongeveer vijfduizend euro zijn. Daar kan ik wel èn reebout èn wild zwijn van eten met bovendien een welverdiende vakantie in Amerika of Azie.
P: Drieeneenhalf percent erbij; dat zal niet veel aanzetten omdat de inflatie weinig lager is.
V: Dan ga ik er weer op achteruit.
B: Nee hoor, wij van de gemeente en de regering zorgen ervoor dat u er niet op achteruit gaat. Terzijde: Maar ook niet op vooruit. Ze hoeft toch niet elke dag biefstuk te eten?
V: Kijk meneer de burgemeester: vroeger was er geen bio-industrie en er was geen Zeeman-textiel gemaakt door Chinese meisjes voor te laag loon.
L: Uitbuiting, daar protesteren wij tegen.
V: Ik wil geen uitbuiting van dieren en niet van Chinese vrouwen. Daarom ben ik met de boodschappen duurder uit dan het mandje van het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek aangeeft.
B: Ach, wij eten toch bijna allemaal van de bio-industrie en goedkope textiel is een zegen als je geen hoog inkomen hebt. Terzijde: Zo komen de armoedzaaiers tenminste niet in onze PC Hoofdtstraat.
L: Wij doen er wat aan, ik bedoel aan loonsverhogingen. Als u geld overmaakt wordt u lid van de vakbond.
P: Dat ben ik al, maar waar blijft mijn promotie? De betere baantjes zijn toch voor de vakbondsleden?
L: Tuurlijk; die hebben zich het meest ingespannen en er zijn genoeg ongeschoolden voor schoonmaakwerk en zo.
B: Juist, wij scheppen banen voor hen. Grijnzend terzijde: Hoeven we zelf niet schoon te maken.
V peinzend: Baantjes als schoonmaker en parkwacht. Niet bezig de goeie banen beter te verdelen en iedereen ontplooiingskansen te geven.
B: Gelooft u mij, mevrouw, wij hebben het allemaal nauwkeurig wetenschappelijk onderzocht: Er zijn een heleboel mensen minder geschikt voor de betere banen. Dat is niet hun schuld hoor, en wij helpen hen met vijftig euro extra in de kersttijd.
V: Ha fijn, dan kan ik biefstuk eten.
L: Het is niet goed dat u alsmaar biefstuk eet. Dan blijft er te weinig over voor andere mensen.
V: Is dat juist, meneer de burgemeester?
B: Nou, het is nu eenmaal zo dat verschil er moet zijn. Sommige mensen hebben wellicht meer recht op biefstuk dan anderen. In de kerk nuttigen ze ook geen biefstuk.
P: Alleen maar een klein stukje brood.
V: Daarna gaat iedereen gauw naar huis om apart biefstuk of gehaktbal te eten.
B: Zo is de wereld nu eenmaal.
L: Wij gaan er wat aan doen. Iedereen evenveel loonsverhoging.
V: Voor iedereen evenveel biefstuk erbij?
L: Dat ziet u verkeerd. wij rekenen in procenten. Dat is eerlijk, want voor iedereen gelijk.
B: Zeer goed opgemerkt. Wie driemaal in de week biefstuk op zijn bord krijgt, liefst in verschillende goede restaurants (likt zich de lippen) heeft bij gelijke inkomenstoename recht op evenveel meer als wie 1 keer in de maand zo royaal dineert.
P: Waar hebben we het over. Over een grote biefstuk of een kleine?
L: Even cijferen: Per jaar zal dat een paar kilo respectievelijk een paar ons meer zijn voor de burgemeester en dat vrouwtje. Dat lijkt mij heel redelijk, want het is een gelijk percentage.
V: Nou, ik lust wel meer dan een paar ons in de kerstmaand.
B: Weest u toch blij. dat u in dit land woont en volop te eten hebt. Elders in de wereld lijden mensen vaak honger. Eigenlijk hoort u in een woning en dan moet de huurverhoging betaald worden. Veel biefstuk eten door mensen zoals u is niet goed voor de economie. De melk van uw geit is vast ook heel lekker. Terzijde: Kostelijke biefstuk verspillen aan zulke mensen (wijst op het vrouwtje) is niet in het belang van de gemeente. Agent, schrijf maar een bon wegens ongedisciplineerd wonen in een caravan zonder huur te betalen voor een woning. Mevrouw, ik kan u helpen aan een huurwoning. Die kunt u van mij huren, (Terzijde: de huren zijn hoog, hoera, kassa!) want zelf ontvang ik belastingaftrek op hypotheekrente en zo krijg ik geld vrij om arme mesnsen een woning te bezorgen.
P: Wat knap van de burgemeester. Zo krijgt hij extra inkomsten.
L: Wij van de vakbond zijn vóór huursubsidie.
B terzijde: Ik ook, kan ik meer huur vangen! Net als de rechters, parlementariers en andere rijken, die meer geld uit de schtkist krijgen dan nodig is voor levensonderhoud.
V: Wat moet ik nu; krijg ik die vijftig euro echt?
B: Dan moet u ingeschreven staan bij de gemeente. Dat kan alleen als u in een woning woont; niet in zo'n oud caravannetje.
V: Is het geen mooi ding, mijn caravannetje?
P: Het is verboden om langdurig in een caravan te verblijven. Ik ga u proces verbaal bezorgen.
L: Sluit u toch aan bij de vakbond. Als u contributie betaalt helpen wij u bij het vinden van een woning.
V: Ik houd van lekker eten, van biefstuk. Anderen houden van vakantie, geven geld uit aan autos; rijke mensen nemen een tweede huis.
B: Men kan niet alles hebben. U hoort te kiezen voor een huurwoning. Zo hoort het in dit land.
P terzijde: En de burgemeester en zijn klasse spekken. Tegen B: Zeer juist. Ik ben klaar om een bon te schrijven voor een hoge boete.
L: Ziet u wel, u krijgt een boete als u niet bij de vakbond bent die u kan helpen aan een woning. Waarom eet u met de kerst niet gewoon een heerlijk stukje kip of varkensvlees?
V het hoofd schuddend: Van de bio-industrie.
Een politie-takelwagen komt en sleept de caravan weg met daarin het vrouwtje die haastig haar geit naar binnen trekt. Ze roept nog: U deelt thee uit, maar de biefstuk houdt u voor uw eigen soort.
P: Probleem opgelost.
L zuchtend: Ja, probleem opgelost.
B: Nou, probleem opgelost? Ik had graag gezien dat het vrouwtje mijn huurwoning betrok. Dat is goed voor de economie.
P: Goed voor uw portemonnee bij deze hoge huren.
B: St, je hebt niets gezegd. Dit is een dienstbevel.
P: Tot uw orders. Tegen L: Kan er niet nog een procentje salarisverhoging bij?
L lachend: Of nog een heleboel procentjes. Je zou graag netzoveel verdienen als de burgemeester of als ik, hè?
P: Dat zou niet gek zijn. Kan ik elke dag biefstuk eten, in een mooi huis wonen en nog geld overhouden. Tegen publiek: En nog geld overhouden om arme mensen te helpen aan een huurhuis. Kassa!
Er komen twee jongeren op met een spandoek waarop de tekst:

Hierbij hoort beslist een materiële component: ieder heeft recht op een eigen minimale plek om te wonen of te verblijven zonder dat anderen daar tegen zijn wil munt uit slaan. Het gaat hierbij niet over de bouwvakker die een reële prestatie levert maar betreft huisjesmelkers en aandeelhouders van hypotheekbanken.
Muziek en zang:

Door ons nog uitgebuit zorg jij voor laven zoet
van 't lichaam en de geest. Thee drinken is een feest.
Er wordt opnieuw thee uitgeschonken en uitgedeeld.

De betere banen delen dan lukt dat wel zonder je te overeten.
Ook het mindere werk verdelen over allen, dan lukt het wel.

B: Gelooft u mij, mevrouw, wij hebben het allemaal nauwkeurig wetenschappelijk onderzocht: Er zijn een heleboel mensen minder geschikt voor de betere banen. Dat is niet hun schuld hoor, en wij helpen hen met vijftig euro extra in de kersttijd.
V: Ha fijn, dan kan ik biefstuk eten.
L: Het is niet goed dat u alsmaar biefstuk eet. Dan blijft er te weinig over voor andere mensen.
V: Is dat juist, meneer de burgemeester?
B: Nou, het is nu eenmaal zo dat verschil er moet zijn. Sommige mensen hebben wellicht meer recht op biefstuk dan anderen. In de kerk nuttigen ze ook geen biefstuk.
P: Alleen maar een klein stukje brood.
V: Daarna gaat iedereen gauw naar huis om apart biefstuk of gehaktbal te eten.
B: Zo is de wereld nu eenmaal.
L: Wij gaan er wat aan doen. Iedereen evenveel loonsverhoging.
V: Voor iedereen evenveel biefstuk erbij?
L: Dat ziet u verkeerd. wij rekenen in procenten. Dat is eerlijk, want voor iedereen gelijk.
B: Zeer goed opgemerkt. Wie driemaal in de week biefstuk op zijn bord krijgt, liefst in verschillende goede restaurants (likt zich de lippen) heeft bij gelijke inkomenstoename recht op evenveel meer als wie 1 keer in de maand zo royaal dineert.
P: Waar hebben we het over. Over een grote biefstuk of een kleine?
L: Even cijferen: Per jaar zal dat een paar kilo respectievelijk een paar ons meer zijn voor de burgemeester en dat vrouwtje. Dat lijkt mij heel redelijk, want het is een gelijk percentage.
V: Nou, ik lust wel meer dan een paar ons in de kerstmaand.
B: Weest u toch blij. dat u in dit land woont en volop te eten hebt. Elders in de wereld lijden mensen vaak honger. Eigenlijk hoort u in een woning en dan moet de huurverhoging betaald worden. Veel biefstuk eten door mensen zoals u is niet goed voor de economie. De melk van uw geit is vast ook heel lekker. Terzijde: Kostelijke biefstuk verspillen aan zulke mensen (wijst op het vrouwtje) is niet in het belang van de gemeente. Agent, schrijf maar een bon wegens ongedisciplineerd wonen in een caravan zonder huur te betalen voor een woning. Mevrouw, ik kan u helpen aan een huurwoning. Die kunt u van mij huren, (Terzijde: de huren zijn hoog, hoera, kassa!) want zelf ontvang ik belastingaftrek op hypotheekrente en zo krijg ik geld vrij om arme mesnsen een woning te bezorgen.
P: Wat knap van de burgemeester. Zo krijgt hij extra inkomsten.
L: Wij van de vakbond zijn vóór huursubsidie.
B terzijde: Ik ook, kan ik meer huur vangen! Net als de rechters, parlementariers en andere rijken, die meer geld uit de schtkist krijgen dan nodig is voor levensonderhoud.
V: Wat moet ik nu; krijg ik die vijftig euro echt?
B: Dan moet u ingeschreven staan bij de gemeente. Dat kan alleen als u in een woning woont; niet in zo'n oud caravannetje.
V: Is het geen mooi ding, mijn caravannetje?
P: Het is verboden om langdurig in een caravan te verblijven. Ik ga u proces verbaal bezorgen.
L: Sluit u toch aan bij de vakbond. Als u contributie betaalt helpen wij u bij het vinden van een woning.
V: Ik houd van lekker eten, van biefstuk. Anderen houden van vakantie, geven geld uit aan autos; rijke mensen nemen een tweede huis.
B: Men kan niet alles hebben. U hoort te kiezen voor een huurwoning. Zo hoort het in dit land.
P terzijde: En de burgemeester en zijn klasse spekken. Tegen B: Zeer juist. Ik ben klaar om een bon te schrijven voor een hoge boete.
L: Ziet u wel, u krijgt een boete als u niet bij de vakbond bent die u kan helpen aan een woning. Waarom eet u met de kerst niet gewoon een heerlijk stukje kip of varkensvlees?
V het hoofd schuddend: Van de bio-industrie.
Een politie-takelwagen komt en sleept de caravan weg met daarin het vrouwtje die haastig haar geit naar binnen trekt. Ze roept nog: U deelt thee uit, maar de biefstuk houdt u voor uw eigen soort.
P: Probleem opgelost.
L zuchtend: Ja, probleem opgelost.
B: Nou, probleem opgelost? Ik had graag gezien dat het vrouwtje mijn huurwoning betrok. Dat is goed voor de economie.
P: Goed voor uw portemonnee bij deze hoge huren.
B: St, je hebt niets gezegd. Dit is een dienstbevel.
P: Tot uw orders. Tegen L: Kan er niet nog een procentje salarisverhoging bij?
L lachend: Of nog een heleboel procentjes. Je zou graag netzoveel verdienen als de burgemeester of als ik, hè?
P: Dat zou niet gek zijn. Kan ik elke dag biefstuk eten, in een mooi huis wonen en nog geld overhouden. Tegen publiek: En nog geld overhouden om arme mensen te helpen aan een huurhuis. Kassa!

Het gaat hierbij niet over de bouwvakker die een reële prestatie levert maar betreft huisjesmelkers en aandeelhouders van hypotheekbanken.

the financial crisis
There is a better solution for the present financial crisis than put forward by the Bush government and as mr Obama wants a change in the politics of Washington he may consider it:
Strangely at first sight this other solution is connected to art 1 of the UNO declaration on human rights "everybody is born free and with equal rights". In several religions this basic equality was expressed by saying that all descent from Adam. But the Bible adds also material components and thus art 1 may be enlarged by formulating that everybody has a right to possess a minimal place for staying or dwelling without others drawing money from it against his wanting or willing. This does not regard the carpenter who offers a real contribution but concerns moneylenders and profiteurs.
So the Federal Government should act by providing means to realize the mentioned material right, which can consist of lending to every houshold with a mortgage a sum of about fifty thousand dollars without taking interest for this except compensation for inflation. This money then has to be used for reducing the mortgage.
As a consequence those households will have a smaller burden and become able again to pay annually their lessened mortgages, while moneylenders like banks and other commercial companies will get an inflow of money that helps them survive. The crisis thus disappears.
One might think that it is not honest to provide only people with mortgages a sum of fifty thousand dollars from the Treasury. That is correct and to solve this problem I propose that everybody who wants to move to another house for improving circumstances of living will be allowed to receive the mentioned, interest free sum. Then remains a category that does not want to move because the inhabitants have a nice or even splendid home. Well, being very content wit it has a value that may balance helping others by the state when the latter were less lucky.
The aim of the suggested solution is to master the financial crisis without the taxpayers in the lower income categories suffering in their wallets. Also from America a very good example will spread over the world if the principle is accepted that every citizen has material rights connected to his or her existence as a free human being.
The Bible gives Ten Commandments which include sabbath for the animals under human controll, say for these strolling around at leisure in a natural environment instead of being locked up in the sheds of bio-industry without glimpse of the Creator's sun and rain, making Him angry. Therefore rules can be added when providing money from the Treasury like:
Every animal under human controll will have sufficient natural space to run, fly or swim for at least three seconds;
Near every artificially hardened surface, whether yard, street or roof (on a building) high growing trees have to be planted in order to compensate Nature for the loss of fertile ground.

Where is the third man?
Two and a half thousand years ago the Israelites were more advanced in philosophy than the Greek. OK, they dit not know the word philosophy, which is a greek one. But quite clear was put forward their statement that there is one Primary Cause, which cannot be determined by men. Up to the present day this is valid, while Plato's ideas are ultimately unspecified if not formed according visible things in the world. Moreover all the people of Israel were taught and knew about the Force which was at the beginning and should not be identified as without supreme intelligence as Creation is complicated and wonderful. With a loan word from older times that was specified, being far above man's abilities and know how, as God.
In modern science the same way of thinking suits very well without any religious connexion. This though was different with the Israelites because they did assume a most important religious aspect, namely that like before the gods were to be honoured to get in return good harvest, health for oneself and death to the enemy: to the One Superior Being were ascribed positive qualities in regard of relations with mankind.
Today in church this is little different. Believers may vary on opinion how contacts between the personal God and earthlings develop. Our brain is not sufficiently known yet. Therefore excluding communication by eye, ear, dream, spirit or atmosphere, angels or other way with the Divine has no solid base.
The Jews still expect the Messiah to come and improve the relation. Undoubtedly this person will not take care of providing the Israelis with bigger cars while driving the Arabs into the sea. The Christians believe that the Messiah is messenger of God depicting Him as a caring father. So in the New Testament our status is raised from servants to children. The latter sit at the table together with the father and have some access to his wallet. Remember that in the Middle East the expression "father and son" often does not mean a physical relationship but stresses same opinion and same conduct.
The article in the WSJ of friday august 15 on tax plans of Obama shows that this candidate for the US presidency does not belong to such a "family" with God. Since Darwin we know about evolution of the body. Presently is assumed that also a spiritual evolution is going on, which needs experiencing illness, poverty and other things called bad. Otherwise we would become kind of zombies, not possessing a living heart feeling emotions, not "created after the image of God" but almost like a machine. That's exactly how Obama poses for the camera: One sees a happy, contented family with a hundred thousand dollar income; not like the majority of the Americans of which many are really poor, both in dollars and in spirit, not receiving proper education. Which of course should continue permanently, just like the doctor needs in order to do his job with best results.
In the article is explained that Obama will not really change the situation with very rich people separated from the lower categories, for he does not intend to get them at the same table by appropriate taxation, that will take away the feudal "lordship" status from the millionaires. In other words Barack Obama is not a real democrat.
In normal healthy democracy the people decide on main topics by referenda or meetings, after which parliament or congress takes care of working out and daily controll. This reflects that everybody is born free and with equal rights like art 1 of the UNO declaration on human rights tells. Or was expressed already in the Bible by descendancy from Adam. Who will deny that everybody is entitled to participating in counceling and decisionmaking, p.e. by such referenda? Refusal is not said in word but done in deeds by Congress! The majority of the Americans earns less than the average income per head. Only one percent of the population grabs 22% of national income in this country and add to this influence from such a huge amount of money. Obama sits on the upper range. In general it is no good to vote a person who earns more than you do yourself since his interest are proven not to ly on nearing each other. When he did not do so in the past why should you trust him to do so in future?
The majority of the Americans presently is forced to do what the rich and the influential categories decide. That 's not what the Constitution meant! Cahnge is urgently needed ond don't be hypnotized by those in power with words like threatening communism. Prefer reading the story of Eve who wanted to climb the ladder to superiority and like God has controll over human beings she wanted to grasp the same a big bit. Obama seems to be a heathen who goes to church in order to be taken good care of after big buying and spending possibilities on Earth. He is companion of many millionaires in this respect. Who despise the Commandment to reshare (after fifty years in the biblical context or now gradually via sufficient taxation) in order to give the looser a new chance but especially to provide youth with equal starting positions. Old Pentecoste in Israel was sharing first products of the new harvest; capitalists give only after own pockets have been filled. One of the Ten Commandments is that thou shallt not want the ox of the neighbour. For he needs it to plough. Otherwise there won't be income from his land. Multinationals try to get all oxes in own stable. When Boaz fell in love with beautiful Ruth the farmer was not allowed to pick up what accidentally fell to the ground during the harvest. For that was to the poor and the animals. But most people eat from bio-industry nowadays, not allowing the animals sun and rain. While one of the Commandments clearly gives sabbath to animals under human controll, which is strolling around at leisure in a natural environment. Priest and reverend say that in psalm 8 a better translation from the original is that man is ambassador of God instead of ruling (and suppressing) in the world. Every third child means more bio-industry. Fortunately it is possible to trace parents by DNA.
The state is needed to intervene when some steal from others, whether money, car, job, but also from Nature and spoiling it. The state must organize that the stronger shoulders have the bigger burdens. However both Mc Cain and Obama are no good in this: The rich men take a taxi as the cost of it is but a dime on their budget, while the poor man cannot even afford such transport when he has sore legs. They won't change this. Obama too wants to protect the millionaires and the billionaires. He is not up to one table from which everybody gets sufficient food of good quality. Many so called christians do not want such a table; in church they share only a tiny piece of bread and then hurry home to consume steak or meatball in apartheid. Is that good preparation for the table in heaven? Perhaps they won't arrive there.
The opinion of the Greek was that one had to accept the situation in society as it came. They made no progress compared to the Israelites. Later the Messiah called for brotherhood in stead of exploiting people.

So at next presidential election a quite different candidate than Obama and Mc Cain is needed. It is the responsability of the intellectuals to find such a person, if not in the States then from abroad. In the White House he will end capitalism which is aimed at own profit and such unlimited even if harming other creatures. He will work on coöperative companies producing what the world needs, which is not too big cars dragging iron all around and causing energy crisis. The same for heavy iron containers which are like "invented" by insurance companies. He will see see to it that wild flora and fauna get sufficient territory, to which present states have to shrink. Like Antarctica is kept humanfree and under international controll the Amazone forest, parts of the Northamerican prairies, east-Siberia, the Sahara, the Himalaya and the Dreamland of the Australian Aboriginals will be cut loose from states and be kept as natural reservates.
Those now rich shall work like everybody else "with sweat on their foreheads", doing also their share in dirty work. This brings closer to God as explained in the Holy Book. Obviously it is not read by Obama and his companions with open eyes. He is not worthy to become president of the USA.
On the international scene nothing is heard from Obama on correcting the Washington false act of allowing Jakarta to seize Papualand and have its culture attacked by massive immigration. That's like white Europeans or black Africans invade Indian reservates and dominate there. This man won't be fit to guide the world on the road of freedom and democracy.
Then where is the third man or woman?

"harmony" or freedom
Some say that Obama, although heard and seen often in the Campaign, is still rather unknown to them. They mean that it is not sure what he stands for. Evidently he wants to raise income tax for the 1% of the population that lays hands on 22% of national income. This to create better living conditions for the poor as the rich were free to do so but did not. Also he is bound to the Constitution, made for freedom in America, which is not exploiting the widow and the orphan.
Mc Cain on the contrary is old and won't change much his mind anymore, which obviously is directed on maintaining the status quo between haves and the rest. Between rich and poor a gap exists that he is not intending to bridge for balanced increase of wealth of the nation as a whole. The USA will prosper more when opportunities for jobs, especially in the middle and higher ranks become available as well to the lower class. Man is egocentric, egoistic and without correcting interference of the government he will try to reserve the best positions for himself, his family, his class and friends; reducing training for others to handle top management. Mc Cain is content with an elite running the economic world and profiting from it. He thinks the middle class should support his policy. He is even eager to have it preached abroad with words and occasionally with military power.
It is not a healthy world when those who possess the money dictate economics. Their aim always is to make the gap bigger between what they own and what others are allowed to in handling affairs. Today and yesterday and before they had splendid opportunities to become more social, do some sharing and sit at the same dinner table in stead of overeating greedily in expensive rerstaurants while fellow-men stand in the row for food stamps.
No one dies from hunger in the USA. Will Obama as the most powerful person when in the White House take care of mondial food distribution or at least find measures that can be worked out regionnally in countries where help is needed? Most probably yes if he does help the poor in own country already. Because no one knows how next harvest will be specification on this theme is not possible yet. A good policy would be to make parents fully responsible for feeding their children and get them education. Parents are fully traceable now! To this purpose the grown up people should receive adequate means without making them beggars. Big numbers of children are to be avoided and sanctioned as such harms the domain of wild flora and fauna and causes rejectable bio-industry.

How democratic are the presidential candidates? Mc Cain firmly believes in the free market, that is a decisive role for money in economic, in daily life. Since some have thick wallets while those of others are almost empty not the same influence can be exerted. But the principle of true democracy is that humans are equals, although gifted with different talents. Therefore in elections each vote has the same weight. This is what Obama stresses, and considers far more important than the amount of money one has at his disposal, to realize well-functioning democracy. Not so Mc Cain, for after elections those with money, with big capital, will grab power again when he gets into the White House.
Can democratic content be measured from foreign policy? Certainly, because people belonging to other nations, living in other countries are equals too. The correct attitude is to respect them fully and help suppressed people gain freedom.
Barack Obama lived a few years in Indonesia when he was young and knows about the situation there. Let's analyze what policy he is to have regarding Jakarta, the Indonesian capital which controlls a vast area, stretching from Atjeh on northern Sumatra to Papua near Australia. First pay attention to history: On several islands of the archipelago in ancient times emerged kingdoms with feudal structure. Then dutch traders came from Europe and to enhance production of valuable items like rubber they brought under colonial rule the whole archipelago gradually during the nineteenth century. Some Indonesians, like Sukarno, got western education and this man, out for power, cooperated with the almost defeated Japanese in august 1945 to get rid of the dutch, who behaved like an elite, though caring for many things and therefore cooperating with local indigenous chiefs. If Sukarno would have shown a little bit patience then within a decade full independence could have been realized without the war, by The Hague called pacifying police action, which raged from 1945 till 1949. Later Sukarno started war with neighbours when the economic situation at home deteriorated and he needed some success. That was not what he got, except transfer to Indonesia of the western half of New Guinea, where the Papua's were preparing for independence and helped so by the Netherlands and Australia. American president Kennedy played an evil role, denying those people their natural right to handle own affairs independently. This has not been corrected since. At the time Indonesia was still mainly dependent on agriculture and about a million persons emigrated from overpopulated Java to Papua, while the Indonesain soldiers kept the protesting Papuas at distance. Today Java can absorb many more people because it becomes industrialized and the unwanted migrants may return with financial aid from different sources.
Mining in Papua is very profitable and the benefits of it should not go all to the rather small population of the Papuans, but be shared with neighbouring peoples. The same is due for oil revenues anywhere if our world is to become a nice place for everybody. A treaty is to be made about sharing natural wealth in southeast Asia together with acknowledge of Papua independence. This might be under the roof of a powerful constructive organisation or federation for the whole archipelago, somehow like the European Union is functioning.
That 's just the opposite of present suppression of the Papuan desire for freedom by Jakarta's politicians and generals. Since Obama knows the situation he has to do the right things, which cannot be sitting idle if he is to be trusted. In other words here is a test case and let him speak out. All other peoples in the world dominated by foreign rule will look to this and get new hope if Obama is sincere. Remember the story of Eve who wanted to be a bit like God which means becoming master over other people. Such behaviour was not blessed but rejected. Let it be put quite clear: If Barack Obama fails regarding normal really democratic policy towards the country in which he lived several years then he is not worth to be in the Oval Room. The old man Mc Cain did not make progress in his lifetime and still thinks that the world turns on money and military power. Democracy is not his priority. The Americans and the World need the best president in the White House. If it happens that a stranger, a foreigner will serve best then let it be so!

Possibly an Ark with a Round Table is going to be constructed in old Amsterdam, Europe. Invited there will be peoples and nations to discuss their problems an find solutions as the combined states, the UNO in New York often fail. Alread to this purpose the UNPO, organisation of unrepresented peoples, exists. This or a similar organisation needs more status in order to draw quarreling and fighting religious and political as well economic factions to the Round Table. Less military personnel will have to be send out then! Such status can be obtained with a palace or the mentioned Ark (the first Ark was Noah's vessel used for survival). If we are lucky the guests at the Round Table will be stimulated by a good "Ark-president", whose influence may superseed that of the Washington White House inhabitant.
Also in the Ark can proceeded with adding to art 1 of the Declaration on human Rights (everybody is born free and with equal status) a material component, p.e. the right to possess a place for dwelling or staying without others, mainly the rich, draining money from it.

will change when Mc Cain settles in the White House?
Republican president Bush lowered the taxes for the very rich and has a budget deficit of about 400 billion dollar.
To bridge that deficit every American may help and is free to lend the government money. For example when you buy for a million dollar state bonds you 'll receive several tens of thousands dollars interest. As Mc Cain made sure that he will not raise income tax this is a great opportunity for the American people to get back something from the Treasury. Obama would do it the other way: take from you by increasing taxes and impoverish the citizens.
Never before the USA as a whole was so rich like today and to keep going on investments a government should not take away the money from those who can invest and are concious of their great responsability. About 1% of the population receives presently 22% of national income and under Mc Cain this will stay so or even increase in order to ensure the necessary capital investments. Without investment no return and the country would fall back to lower national income. Europe and Asiatic powers shall overtake our country then and for the USA only a secondary role is left.
That 's the prospect Barack Obama brings with him, for he seems to be friend to persons that do not want to work and live parasitic on social security, touching several hundreds of dollars per month which have to be earned first by others. It has always been America's strength that everybody is free to raise own income by hard work, even if starting bringing round the paper, and when retired one has a right to profit from his gained millions.
How about the budget deficit? Will it continue under Mc Cain? Certainly not as spending by the state is going to lessen. Each person is responsible for himself and his material situation in the first place. Only when dangers from abroad like at present from some Asiatic countries threaten then we have to unite under command of the White House, where an experienced person should be president. By the way the spending on military does employ many citizens at home and even the undertakers may increase their business.
In short the budget deficit will disappear. Not by grabbing money from you like Obama is planning but by responsible spending which excludes throwing money away to those who sit idle and expect all from the state. For good understanding the 1% that gets 22% of national income is not idle as their money works for them. Probably you know from the streets in your own town how many people who got education at schools paid by the community when reaching working age refuse to contribute to the wealth of the nation and pay none tax. Compare this to the level of income tax at the top range which is the very considerable amount of about 40%. Obama wants to increase the latter to 60% and so sharing of the burden will become quite dishonest. Instead maybe a small increase of indirect taxes, p.e. VAT will be realized by the Mc Cain presidency to reduce the budget deficit at once. This type of tax hurts everybody in an equal way, or even the rich more as they spend bigger. Mc Cain is honest and tells what you can expect to have a good future. However Obama intends to take money from the Americans, which naturally involves loss of the citizens possibilities and responsability. The latter is transferred to the government in the federal capital, as if there more clever brains operate than in your own head.
Exactly this is what Obama is up to: he wants to govern in such a way that low class persons get from the rich via the state Treasury what is not earned by those unwilling-to-work people themselves. It is normal that those who do work hard get the benefits of their labour and America should stay a free country in which everybody can choose if he wants to work hard and become rich. This is not a state affair as suggested by Obama.
Precisely this is what will happen with a democratic Obama in the White House and you should prevent it: He 'll make law to transfer money and opportunities from the well-to-do towards outcasts and their kind. As if law is meant to protect the weaker party against the stronger, the rich, the cunning, the mean, the criminal who not only evades tax but steals too. The opposite must be valid in our country: free competition like in sports and may the best man win. Law must help protect those who provide lending for bridging statal budget deficit, amongst others due to the presence of the American banner in bad countries oversea, and to provide capital for investment which will enrich the country and help maintain America as a superpower, not dependent of weird social theories from communist origin.
The mismanagement which is expected from Obama in a governing role can be avoided by the voters. Have Mc Cain chosen and he 'll see to it that you and your money are free to do as you like. If you don't have money things are neither difficult and just stay home at election day. For Mc Cain is ready to take care and fullfill all your righteous wishes. Trust Him!

"Obamanomics a recipe for recession"? (WSJ)
About 1% of the Americans gets hold of 22% of national income. Since the average income suffices for a house, a car and holidays the question arises how the remaining 21% are to be spent best.
At least part of it should become capital for investment in order to realize full employment which causes maximal national income. Not to be forgotten is that the Bible spoke to organize a fiftieth year in which the production means -in ancient times land only- were to be redistributed, reshared. So the looser would get a new chance, but especially to provide youth with equal start positions.
Moslims are not allowed to take interest. Christians may cede annually two percent of their capital to cooperative companies which aim less on profit but try to produce what the population on our planet needs. This does not impede becoming richer by working. By the way millionaires cannot be allowed to stay idle. They too shall have "sweat on their forehead" instead of parasitic lifestyle.
If next year a Republican will sit in the White House no bigger part of those 21% shall be transferred to the Treasury. Although such would be very good for reducing indirect taxation like VAT, as this is quite a burden for the lower income categories. They then will have more money available for buying necessary things and that keeps away recession. Of course tons of steel in the car are not considered necessary. Dragging around iron takes much fuel which becomes scarce. Likewise transportating lots of iron must be reduced (see "The anti-iron candidate" on this site), although insurance companies may not like it.
So mr McCain is going to provide the wealthiest 1% of the USA population with great possibilities to help with their money the households with lowest but not zero income and bring them on average level. If such is expected by the public the right candidate should be chosen.
The majority of the voters gets less of national income than the minority of the well-to-do. In cyphers: more than fifty percent of the voters get less than half of national income. That must not change is the big idea and the Republican candidate already promises to see to this when becoming president.
Maybe Obama reads in the Bible. The Book tells about old Pentecoste on which first products of the new harvest were shared with the poor and the priests. Capitalists give after own pockets have been filled. The Ten Commandments forbid to want the ox of the neighbour, since he needs it to plough. Otherwise there won't be income from his land. Multi-nationals try to get all oxes in own stable. When Boaz fell in love with beautiful but poor Ruth the farmer was not allowed to pick up the wheat that during harvesting accidentally had fallen to the ground. That was to the poor and the animals. Perhaps the Biblical saying that the corner of the field belongs to the stranger is a falsification. Anyway one should not always do what the Bible tells. Don't give (selling OK) the travelling stranger a cold class of water. (A warm cup of coffee suits better in temperate climate). Another thing is that in heaven all will sit at the same dinner table. It seems no good preparation on Earth to have it very, very different with very expensive restaurants and food stamps.
From a sociological point of view a country reaches optimal wealth when everybody can use all his capacities. To this contradicts semi-enslavement like in feudal Middle Ages, but also keeping away able candidates from training for top mangement in order to reserve such positions for own class and receive accordingly overrated salaries. Plus bonusses, plus facilities paid by the company like luxury travelling, etc.
A situation with 1% of the population claiming more than a few percents of national income spoils democracy because governing is done by both law and money. An army of shrewd advisers is ready to help the rich bypass law and do as they like with their money. Remember that good law protects the weaker party against the stronger, the rich, the cunning, the mean, the criminal. The other way is not necessary. One may bet that the rich's priority does not regard the position of the lowest income categories. On the contrary more difference in thickness of wallets raises their status, they think. At least Obama wants to help the superrich people to change their nasty outlook and attitude.

Art 1 of the UNO Declaration on human rights -everybody is born free and with equal rights- should be enlarged with a material component. If the government allows the very rich to command you what to do and not to do by means of their money which you need to buy bread....can you then just sit and wait, stay home at election day? A fine president already would introduce that material component thus that everybody has a right to stay or dwell in own place without others squeezing money out of it. The latter of course does not concern the carpenter who contributes with real effort but regards profiteurs. The present crisis might have been avoided and likewise coming crises in a state with deep gorges between rich and poor are to be fought with democratic principles. The millionaires aim to become billionaires, which means getting other people deeper into kind of semi-slavery. Such egoism does not suit a righteous America and have it prevented not only by raising income tax for the wealthy but also with curatele on their capital they presently command. Plainly said transferring it gradually to democratic cooperatives.
In so called primitive societies the strongest men hunt and next everybody gets food of good quality. Why should many Americans eat from bio-industry, which is contradictory to the Bible?: The Ten Commanmends accord sabbath to animals under human controll, which is strolling around at leisure in a natural environment. It is for the sake of Mammon that bio-industry was invented and obesity is a consequence. When Republicans try to ventilate that Obama will bring recession they do not recognize that a camel, a person with fat belly and fat wallet -kind of elephantiasis- will have difficulty to pass the donkey gate in the wall of Jerusalem called Needle's Eye. It is not nice to block the entrance for others who are less concentrated on own growth.
The same regarding international traders who want a totally free market on which they can make big profits by shipping all around the world, destroying often local industry and agriculture.
The Wall Street Journal is free to have written on its pages that with Obama the US economy will suffer a serious setback. But failure in argumentation occurred. Truth is radically different: A maximum of wealth for a nation is obtained when everybody is allowed and has sufficient means to contribute at his best to society. Taking away possibilities by directing 22% of national income to 1% of the population harms such development very much. More redistributing taxation then is needed to improve conditions and balance the situation.
A last question: How can America be friends with the rest of the world if a small class of superrich dictates economics?
