To achieve a lasting peace the European Union can deploy military forces to disarm Hamas and Hezbollah. The present regime inTeheran cannot be trusted because kind of a religious leader is expected amidst chaos and the latter possibly advanced by nuclear explosions. Europe is nearest to the Middle East and has most ties to this area. Therefore its politicians must be ahead to bring detente there. Its citizens should insist on such civilised program.
