The ICJ is to be addressed because the crime of deliberate surpopulation by moslim Arabs in order to drive the Jews away and take their country should be handled. The ICJ has a role in accepting that the criminal fact must be corrected. Which seems to imply that big numbers of Palestinians have to leave Judea and Samaria. The great Arab world may be their destiny. They fit there well regarding religion, culture and language. Then there is no need and no juridical base for a Palestinian state on old land of Israel and former recognition of any Palestinian state has to be withdrawn. The ICJ is urged to inform the UNO properly and this before the general meeting in autumn. The UNO charter moreover should be applied regarding the Kurds, the Papua's, people in western China and Tibet, etc. which all have own culture and language and desire to be respected as independent nations in the world community, not suppressed by other peoples. Further the ICJ may recommand the UNO to regulate a limit of a half billion people per state, since this will be benificial for the countries near China and India. Also research is required regarding getting loose from states like Antarctica the Amazone forest, the Himalya, the Sahara, the North Pole regions in the interest of animal and plant life. While animals under human controll will see their rights respected on at least three seconds flying, running, swimming in natural surroundings, which means punishment for those people profiting from bio-industry. The ICJ cannot refuse to inform states on misbehaviour.
Presently there is a lot of unwanted migration to Europe by healthy men and woman, while handicapted persons like those helped by the Lilianefonds are not able to cross borders to obtain better living conditions. The ICJ may speak out that children cannot be regarded as refugees except in special circumstances; the parents and the government of their state are responsible for them.
