Wie goede, eerlijke toepassing van recht wil behoeft assistering van sociologen. Die immers leggen bloot hoe de werkelijke verhoudingen in de samenleving zijn, terwijl de media met hun spiegeltjes veelal manipuleren. Recent weer door nagenoeg geheel te verzwijgen dat art 1 der Verklaring van de rechten van de mens bestaat en grondslag vormt van het ook door Den Haag erkende Internationale Verdrag op Burgerrechten. Daarom zal het Europese Parlement verzocht worden, zal geeist worden te beletten dat wie dit grondrecht saboteert enige openbare funktie bekleedt.
Hoe wordt ook het nederlandse volk bedrogen door hun dominees, die weliswaar de Uittocht prediken maar ondertussen meebouwen aan een piramidale samenleving. Dat volk kreeg een ketterse nieuwe Bijbelvertaling voorgeschoteld met vervanging van "in de boezem des Vaders" (twee handen op 1 buik) door "die God is". Zo versterkt het zeer hierarchische Vaticaan zijn positie en loopt ene Wilders in de val Mohammed niet te herkennen in zijn preken (de Koran) als protesterend tegen het grieks-romeinse heidendom der drie-eenheid. De gereformeerde in zijn dikke slee denkt ondertussen dat die professor doctor uit Nazareth wel geboet zal hebben voor zijn portie (bijv. de mishandeling in de bio-industrie, waar het vee ondanks het Gebod geen sabbath, rondscharrelen in een natuurlijke omgeving, krijgt). God vergeeft-om-niet-mits, is de fundamentele leerstelling van de Bijbel doch niet passend bij de rk-rituelen van verstrekkers en ontvangers en daaraan gekoppelde rang. Het waren niet de joden die de Messias ter dood brachten, doch romeinen uit Europa. Niet dat er misverstand in het spel was, want de joodse traditie van knechten van de Ene met beloning verschilt van de christelijke opvatting "kinderen" (beeldspraak) Gods te kunnen worden en daartoe opvoeding behoeven, lief en leed dus doormaken, aan evolutie onderhevig zijn.

Als het op het ondermaanse geestelijk een grote warboel is zal dat best van Boven gewild zijn met het oog op die geestelijke ontwikkeling, vermijdend dat de mensen automaat of zombie worden. Utopia ligt daarom niet in het verschiet.

Niettemin is jihad geboden, strijd om art 1 -vroeger heette het dat we allemaal van Adam afstammen- volledig gerespecteerd te krijgen. Daartoe verplichten tot eed of belofte om art 1 volledig na te leven en te bestrijden wie dit saboteren maar hierbij nooit een oog uitstekend voor een uitgeslagen tand. Merk op dat allerlei vrijheden automatisch uit de Verklaring voortvloeien, inbegrepen het recht van souverein volk op referenda over hoofdzaken, waarna een ondergeschikt parlement zorgt voor uitwerking en controle.

Behoeven wij hulp uit het buitenland? Waar zit de kink in de kabel? Check het onderstaande met aan het eind een citaat: 

Het zijn met name de professoren die land en stad verzieken. Ze tooien zich met titels: professor, doctor, zoals in vroegere feodale tijden baron en edelman. Ze willen geen gelijkwaardigheid maar hogeren en minderen. Ze gedogen dat rond de aardgasbel het inkomen per hoofd van de bevolking het laagst van heel Nederland is en verwarmen met het spotgoedkope aardgas alle kamers van hun villa's. Aan toiletten schoon houden doen ze niet en trekken eigenlijk hun neus op voor voetenwassers. Ze lichten de boel op met het pensioenfondsensysteem dat in de kern der zaak verworden is tot een geniepige methode om geld uit de zakken van laagbetaalden over te hevelen naar al welgestelden die het niet nodig hebben behalve om hun hebzucht te stillen. En zo in plaats van belasting te betalen naar draagkracht rond het jaar van inkomstenverwerving (wil het volk anders?) de rijkdom van hun elitaire klasse vergroten ten koste van de staat, van de gemeenschap.
Ze jagen hun studenten op tot carriere maken, medemensen voorbij streven en baas over hen worden. Precies zoals het past in een piramidaal systeem en tegen Uittocht. De hen toevertrouwde jeugd wordt dom gehouden inzake gelijkwaardigheid, weet niet dat art 1 der Verklaring van de rechten van de mens volstrekt maatgevend is en dat wie dwars ligt geen openbare funktie toevertrouwd kan worden.

Zelfs in de beta-faculteit is het niet pluis: een prachtige nieuwe zwaartekrachtstheorie uit Moskou wordt door de samenwerkende Vrije Universiteit en de Universiteit van Amsterdam aan de studenten onthouden om voor een eigen theorietje van minder of geen kwaliteit de Spinoza-premie te pakken en vervolgens wordt de toegang tot de wetenschappelijke bibliotheek ontzegd aan wie hierover klaarheid tracht te krijgen. 

Zakenlieden kunnen nooit op tegen goede, eerlijke intellectuelen. De huidige professoren? Zoals gezegd: witgeverfde knekelhuizen.

                                      Voor een oud, klein caravannetje (beschikbaar uit stalling De Ganzenhoeve te Zeewolde) staat een verslaggever die zijn microfoon en bijbehorende spullen in orde brengt, zich dan tot de studio wendt, het gezicht naar het publiek gekeerd.
Verslaggever: Hallo studio, ik ben klaar hoor. Kan ik al beginnen met de reportage?
Er klinkt wat gekraak uit de koptelefoon.
V: Nog even wachten? Geef me een seintje, dan licht ik ondertussen het publiek even in over het komende interview.
V doet een stap naar voren en rondkijkend tegen het publiek, de microfoon bij de mond: Het gaat over de nieuwe nederlandse republiek. Over afzetting van Beatrix van Amsberg omdat zij als staatshoofd de wet moest handhaven maar dat niet doet. Zo dadelijk krijgt u een interview met een presidentskandidaat.
Er klinkt gekraak uit de koptelefoon, V veert op en zegt: Ik hoor dat we kunnen beginnen. Hij klopt op het deurtje van de caravan. Dat gaat open en een tamelijk jonge man steekt zijn hoofd naar buiten over de onderdeur en kijkt rond.
V: Goedendag, ik kom u interviewen. Weest u zo goed om mij te woord te staan.
M, luid en duidelijk: Tja.

V tegen publiek, wijzend naar de jongeman: Dit wordt wellicht onze nieuwe president, staatshoofd van de Republiek der Nederlanden. Zich wendend tot M: Heeft u er zin in?

M: Och.

V: Eerst moet Beatrix afgezet worden. Die trekt haar familie voor, beschouwt en behandelt ons als tweederangs burgers. Huh, ze stamt zeker niet van Adam af met haar blauwe bloed. Lachend: Even prikken om te zien of ze echt blauw bloed heeft kan geen kwaad. Anders is ze immers een bedriegster.

V tegen M: Zult u als president volstrekt de wet handhaven? Ik bedoel art 1 der universele Verklaring van de rechten van de mens dat we allemaal geboren worden vrij en gelijk in rechten?
M: Ja hoor.

V: Dit artikel vormt de grondslag van het door Den Haag erkende Internationale Verdrag op Burgerrechten. In de nieuwe republiek komt er een verplichte eed voor iedereen met een overheidsbaan. Even de tekst opzoeken. Hij frommelt in zijn jaszak en leest dan voor van een stuk papier: Iedere kandidaat voor een publieke funktie zweert of belooft: (leest langzaam voor) Ik zal volledig respecteren art 1 der Verklaring van de rechten van de mens; V kijkt op: dus dat artikel dat we allemaal gelijkwaardig zijn en gelijk in rechten en dat natuurlijk ook blijven. Hij leest verder: En bestrijden wie dit saboteren. Heel even pauze: Maar daarbij nooit een oog uitstekend voor een uitgeslagen tand.

V tot M: Klopt dit?

M: Zeker. Hij doet het deurtje verder open en blijkt een mooie lichtblauwe jeans te dragen met erboven een donker t-shirt of modieuze trui.

V tegen publiek: Mensen, hebben jullie in de gaten dat dan de huidige bonzen moeten verdwijnen? Ze vallen automatisch af omdat ze in de fout zijn gegaan, gezondigd hebben tegen de christelijke, tegen de humanistische, tegen de liberale, gelijkheid. Ze worden de laan uitgestuurd omdat ze onze gelijkwaardigheid hebben geminacht. Er zijn ongetwijfeld legio mensen bekwaam om het beter te doen met eerlijk zijn en willen delen. Hij richt zich weer tot M: Nietwaar?

M: Vast en zeker.

V: Er is alleen een probleempje met de rechters. Zij hebben steeds de bovenlaag begunstigd tegen dat artikel over universele gelijkwaardigheid in, tegen beter weten in deden ze dat om de kring waartoe zijzelf behoren te bevoordelen. Zij kunnen daarom niet blijven zitten achter de groene tafel.

M: Nee.

V: Ze moeten vervangen worden. Wij willen geen piramidale samenleving met een elite die meer dan evenredige porties macht en geld inpikt. Dus weg uit de piramidale samenleving, die Amsberg in de hoogte steekt als een vlag op een modderschuit. Uittocht moeten we willen naar werkelijke vrijheid en democratie.

M: Precies.

V: Misschien zijn er mensen in het publiek die zich afvragen hoe het met Groningen moet. Het inkomen per hoofd van de bevolking rond de aardgasbel is het laagst van heel Nederland. De Shell laat niks achter als het gas op is. De inwoners van Slochteren komen niet in de dure luxe winkels van de Randstad die de voordeur 's winters open laten staan omdat het aardgas zo goedkoop is. V kijkt naar M. M krabt zich achter de oren.

V: Kan Groningen, misschien samen met Drente, een autonome deelrepubliek worden, net als sommige antilliaanse eilanden; u weet wel St Maarten, Aruba, Curacao met eigen bestuur. Dat levert in Groningen en Drente goede banen op en vermindert de files naar de Randstad.

M: Zouden ze dat willen?

V tegen M: U zou dan maar een beetje ook hun president zijn.

M: Geeft niet hoor.

V tegen publiek: Zouden ze in Groningen er goed aan doen om adviseurs uit een rijke oliestaat aan te trekken? Bij voorbeeld uit Dubai? Waar de KLM ook op vliegt. Peinzend: Luxemburg is kleiner dan Groningen-Drente samen maar veel zelfstandiger en dat legt geen windeieren.

M komt uit de caravan, gaat lichtelijk wijdbeens staan met de armen gekruist voor de borst.

V tegen M: Kunt u schrijden, als een koning? Hij doet voor (hierbij blijft het hoofd altijd op dezelfde hoogte).

M lachend: Niet nodig.

Er klinkt weer geknetter uit de koptelefoon.

V: Oh, de studio meldt even een plaatje te willen draaien. Wacht, dan zet ik de luidspreker aan zodat we mee kunnen genieten.

Na afloop blijkt een dame met mooie stem de laatste regel nog eens te zingen, half neuriend.

V tegen dame: Vindt u het mooi?

D: Was het allemaal maar waar wat er in het lied staat.

V: We kunnen  het in elk geval zingen. Op zijn minst als reminder, om ons goede zaken te herinneren, ervan bewust te worden.

D: Begrijpen de mensen dat? Weten ze dan wat er moet gebeuren?

V: De republiek straks brengt de werkloosheid praktisch terug tot nul.

D: Hoe kan dat?!

V: Gewoon door herverdeling van banen, door roulatie, ieder kans geven op ontplooiing. Betere en mindere arbeid eerlijk delen met idem de beloning.

D: Nou, daar zullen de bobos die tonnen pakken wel op tegen zijn.

V: En ook de professoren in hun overmatig betaalde baan met voor het leven een beschermde positie.

D: Van die professoren moet de jeugd het toch hebben. Ik bedoel voorlichting, goed onderwijs.

V: Ach, de meeste professoren, bijna allemaal, zijn voor een piramidale samenleving. Heel nadrukkelijk sprekend: Uit Eigen Belang. Ze willen niet anders dan hogeren en minderen.

D: Dan zou Nederland dus hulp uit het buitenland behoeven om verbetering te krijgen?

V: Gelukkig hebben we de Europese Unie. Gelukkig, want die is voor spreiding van welvaart en werkgelegenheid. Die wil dat iedereen mee kan doen in de welvarende samenleving.

D: Maar Brussel...

V: Ja Brussel! Daar zitten veel verkeerde mensen. Het europese volk heeft plicht om die te vervangen.

D: Vervangen? Door wie?

V: Tja, wie spannen zich in om een eerlijke democratische samenleving te krijgen? Met souverein volk dat via referenda beslist over hoofdzaken.

M: Tja, wie! Hij slaat de handen voor het gezicht.

D tegen M: Wie bent u als ik vragen mag?

M: Gewoon, een burger.

V: Hij is presidentskandidaat voor onze republiek.

D wijzend op het caravannetje: En dat is zeker zijn paleis?

M: Och, wat heb ik eigenlijk nodig?!

D: Zijn er nog meer kandidaten?

M: Duizenden, ja duizenden.

D: Dan wordt het moeilijk kiezen.

V: Via het Internet kunnen gegadigden bekendheid krijgen. Via het Internet kan het volk ook stemmen.

D: En Beatrix?

V: Dat is toch een gemene oude vrouw die haar familie voortrekt en ons als tweederangs bejegent.

D: De dominee bad nog voor haar in de kerk.

V: Dominees spreken met dubbele tong. Zij verhalen over de voordelen van Uittocht; toen uit slavernij, nu uit het kapitalistische, zeg maar egoistische systeem. Aan de andere kant metselen zij mee aan de piramide met Trixje of het zoontje aan de top. Snapt u?

D: Daar moet ik even over nadenken.

M: Toe maar, hoor.

D: Waarom is kapitalisme niet goed? Het verhoogt toch de welvaart?

V: Die welvaart raakt oneerlijk verdeeld. Zo krijg je problemen. Zo wordt ook misdaad om het zelf beter te krijgen gestimuleerd. En je eet niet meer van dezelfde tafel. Tussen haakjes slechte voorbereiding voor het hiernamaals.

M: Herverdelen op zijn tijd is goed.

V: Bij de israelieten moesten eens in de vijftig jaar de produktiemiddelen opnieuw verdeeld worden. Om loosers een nieuwe kans te geven, maar vooral om jeugd gelijke startposities te verschaffen. En veertig gold al als een volledige periode. Je mag bijvoorbeeld iemand nooit langer in de gevangenis laten zitten dan veertig jaar.

D: Herverdelen gebeurt toch nergens?

V: Het kan wel; wellicht geleidelijk door jaarlijks een vijf procent van groot kapitaal af te romen en dat te bestemmen voor collectieve, cooperatieve ondernemingen.

M: Behalve wat je door eigen arbeid vermeerderd hebt.

V: Inderdaad.

V: Er is ook het oude Gebod om niet de os van de naaste te begeren.

D: Wie heeft er nou nog een os!

V: Die os moest de ploeg trekken. Anders kreeg de boer geen opbrengst van zijn land. Multinationals trachten alle ossen in hun stal te krijgen.

M: Zo is het.

V: En vergeet niet de sabbath voor het vee: rondscharrelen in een natuurlijke omgeving.

M: Weg met de bio-industrie.

V en D: Weg met de plofkip.

Er klinkt een knal van een rotje. Een jongen met nog ander vuurwerk in zijn hand loopt langs.

V houdt hem staande: Je laat ons schrikken.

J: Sorry hoor, meneer; het was maar een klein rotje. Voor een klein pleziertje.

D: Gelukkig geen geweerschot. Tegen M: Bent u niet bang voor aanslagen? Rechts is zo goed georganiseerd....even pauze....behalve hun geweten dan.

M: Wat zal ik zeggen....Kijk, de hoek van de akker, de opbrengst ervan, behoort aan de vreemdeling, aan de weduwe en wees, aan het wilde dier. Ook rechtse mensen hebben best bestaansrecht; alleen moeten zij anderen niet willen overheersen.

Notitie over de afzetting van B. Amsberg, bijv. volgens twee mogelijkheden:

 

De ene is dat de Eerste Kamer zich gaat gedragen als een college van verstandige lieden, gekozen om land en volk te dienen, en vaststelt dat art 1 der Verklaring van de rechten van de mens, ook grondslag zijnde van het erkende Internationale Verdrag op Burgerrechten, onder alle omstandigheden te respecteren is. Wie in een beleidsfunktie te dien aanzien zich misdragen heeft wordt vervallen verklaard van het ambt.

 

De andere is dat het volk zijn souvereiniteit tot gelding brengt en middels vergadering, referendum of via het Internet verklaart dat allen die zich ten aanzien van het universele verwoord in dat artikel -ieder wordt geboren vrij en gelijk in rechten- aan sabotage schuldig gemaakt hebben niet in rechte een publieke funktie kunnen uitoefenen. Merk op dat zulke verklaring geen meerderheid vereist of behoeft omdat art 1 onaantastbaar is.

The Netherlands have a half fascist/feudal regime with the members of parliament supporting Amsberg and taking a hundred thousand euros from the Treasury; next caring for interests of own financial class best. True democracy of sovereign people is deciding on main topics by referenda after which a subjugated parliament works out and controlls daily. Fascist are called minorities that do not respect law and suppress fellow people; modern feudal system is full of crownies with professors of the universities on the first row, overpaid in a for life secured position instead of roulating, sharing better and worse jobs, turning unemployment to zero. They should be fired since there are honest teachers who inform their students correctly. In that main church recently was preached about the Golden Calf as the gold or posessions of man that he loves most and wants to determine his acting. Then praying for Beatrix Amsberg to continue her bad business precisely is the best option for the "haves". Another interpretation regarding the golden calf is that in ancient times the deity had a calf under his feet like a king wears a crown. When Moses stayed away on the mountain the Israelites felt very lost and to attract God they made that golden thing. But obviously He does not want to be where homo sapiens sapiens likes to put Him. Not as on old german helmets "Gott mit uns", nor in our days "God bless America". The gap between richest and poorest citizen in the USA is fifty billion dollars wide. Such is not what the americans want but Congress is responsible. Is this a main reason for some moslims to turn to terrorism, hitting the presumed enemy? Like Holland America is a most unchristian nation, not respecting that animals under human controll shall have sabbath, roaming around in a natural environment instead of as plofkip (bang-chicken) be kept in sheds of bio-industry. How ignorant are Stuart Clark and obviously the editors of New Scientist too, maintaining that the general theory of relativity with its equivalence principle still is the best for explaining gravity. One should read the book The Quantum Theory of Gravity (2003) by Vasily Yanchilin, who argues, on behalf of the Mach principle and hypothesis that the Heisenberg uncertainty lessens near mass, that gravity is a pure quantummechanical phenomen.
Only the spanish wikipedia mentions the work of this russian scientist, while the english and dutch versions boycot like in the dark Middle Ages to vested authorities unwelcome books were burnt.
Yanchilin attaches to the Mach principle the following meaning (page 64): when a particle moves away from large mass the uncertainty in its motion increases. As a result (page 74) the radii of electron shells and the size of atoms decrease near mass; or the unit of length becomes smaller. Which means that the electrons have to rotate faster because charges stay the same and as time should be regarded connected to physical processes the duration of the second near mass decreases. Einstein considered time from a mathematical standpoint and failed to describe reality as illustrated by the principle of least action: A photon passing mass tries to do so with as big steps (oscillations with low frequency) as possible and a minimum of these. So it follows a parabolic track. If Einstein were right a hyperbolic route would be observed. There is big difference between mathematics and physics as is well observed with a point. In maths it exists, but not in physics since it has no dimensions.

Page 90: The gravitational field of the universe creates our space-time. Planck and c change with the expansion of the universe (new hypothesis in agreement with observations on energy and potential of total mass in the universe), but in a noninertial reference system they do not. Therefore there is radical difference and none equivalence.

To help understanding the Heisenberg uncertainty I propose to keep the name of a particle for the whole thing with a Heisenberg sphere and call iets the appearances and disappearances within it. P.e. the word electron stays denoting the whole sphere with activity of iets inside the electron. This is just a sidestep for easier grabbing. So in the half of a particle nearest to an external mass there will be less iets going to the more distant half than from the more distant half iets are going to the nearest half (because as said before nearer to mass the Heisenberg activity decreases). Net result is movement towards the external mass. This is a qualitative explanation given by Yanchilin while Newton and Einstein only got quantitative interpretation available. I add that when external mass is absent a particle may have Heisenberg balance in its two halves and nothing happens and no mass is felt.

Yanchilin tries to prove with atomic clocks that time near mass runs faster. As a consequence the supernovae Ia standard has to be revised since then c was bigger in the past. If so accellerated expansion of the universe diasappears and the Nobel prize physics 2011 has to be returned. Likewise black holes, inflation, negative energy and the cosmological constant become phantasy (not giant big masses!; consider that at the Big Bang processes with its enormous concentration time ran very fast). In the new theory with smaller atoms in the past due to bigger concentration of the universe stable transuranium elements could exist. However some measurements indicate that radio-activity increases near the sun when there are flares. Could this be beta-decay caused by rearrangement within nuclei and so only the new theory a not harming bubble? Atomic clocks may not quite be trusted and Yanchilin propses another experiment with delayed light. I wonder whether a laser beam can be split and sent through prisms at different heights where the second differs and thus also the refraction as frequencies change. Measurements might be done with satelites that have well known coordinates. Anyway slower second farther from the sun solves the Pioneer anomalies.

Read page 184 and next about the square of an interval with new formula. Also in the book new interpretation is given of the sun's red shift. In the general theory of relativity this is caused by slower second on the sun and by overcoming its gravitation, but not the sum of both is measured. The book is full of excellent new interpretations and broadens our horizon. A main problem though is how potential of mass gets transferred. Dark matter may have an origin as light, says Yanchilin, and could this play a role as kind of medium in transferring? Note that Higgs things or fields if existing were present also in the past and then called ether? Study what Yanchilin tells about rest masses, these being smaller in the past, in order to do further research. Professors at the University of Amsterdam, cooperating with the formerly christian Vrije Universiteit, banned Yanchilin's book to a distant storehouse, where students do not come and thus stay ignorant, in order to promote an own theory of lesser or no quality and grab the Spinoza premium of a million euros for it.
