European Court on Human Rights,
After the First world War british and french statesmen drew borderlines in the Middle East. They did not know much about the region and made big mistakes: the Kurds got nothing, the Saoudi-family received too much and the border of jewish Israel was not recognised from the sea to the river Jordan. At the time not many arabs lived there and some of them were immigrants from Egypt to this part of the Turkish empire as economic prospects were slightly better. Moslims consider in their religion non-believers, christians and jews often as second rank people, although in sura 2 is written that good christians and jews go to Paradise while bad moslims end in the Fire. Correct interpretation of the Koran then is that already now those of different religions should sit at a same table as equals in preparation of the Paradise situation.
The christian prayer Our Father contains that God forgives if we do so to others; the Ten Commandmends forbid Trinity stuff and the Messiah who brought New Treaty raising our status from servants to "children" told also how good and bad sheep will land. A child needs education in its process of evolution; has to experience good and bad in order not to become an automat or zombie. Moslims who hated jews started a population explosion to drive into the seaa the descendants of a nation that could not exist for two thousand years because of foreign agression. Ciphers about jews chased from arab countries, about the population in Palestine around 1900, etc. are available. As well is known the total of arab territory, which is giant compared to the amount of jewish land. For applying law one can look to king Solomon. Thus do not agree that the land of Israel belongs totally or in part to arabs and their undemocratic rulers. International law can not be based on the mistakes of London and Paris. Instead correction of the present borders is necessary. This means recognizing a Kurd state, seeking balance for Saoudi-Arabia and its neighbours and sharing of the Sinaï between Egypt and Israel.
The palestine population explosion with its rejectable intention is to be regarded as a criminal act. The state of Israel, including old Judea and Samaria, however may be lenient and allow an autonomous Westbank with two third arab and one third jewish population, while in the rest of Israel it will be the other way. But farmers with olive trees have to move to irrigated desert in order to allow regrowth of a thirty meters thick green cool cover with many animals and less humans. Everywhere on Earth DNA-registration is necessary in order to take sanctions on surpopulation. The European Union should warn Egypt that many of its citizens will starve if import of food for some reason stagnates. The Court on human rights should condemn the 14 countries that try to block resettlement of jews in their old territory and take measures of punishment to all who accuse the governement in Jerusalem falsely of genocide. Those families participating in the population explosion are to be advised to resettle in Saoudi-Arabia, where housing and jobs are available in an expanding economy. In fact forced removal of the surplus resulting from the criminal population explosion can be argumentable with good balancing law.
Note that in the Gaza strip rain falls and a forest with wild animals is possible if the Gazans move 50 miles westwards where it is dry like in the Gulf States. Then Egypt will receive a hundred billion dollars for providing a beautiful new metropole. In the Trias Politica a Court is autonomous and therefore has duty to outline balance in conflicts between humans and in conflicting situation between humans and animals. Certainly the latter have a right on good environment, which the Court should stress. The Court also may advise to build an ARK on the water of Amsterdam, that has the needed money, where scientists help to find solutions for international problems with support of public and delegations. A first outcome may be to destine the Mosque with the golden roof on the Temple Mount as a Psalms House, where jews, christians and moslims can recite, musicize and sing the shared heritage.
