Since Creation everywhere in the universe a same amount of time has passed but atomic clocks tick differently according the local gravitation. Slightly more energy is involved on Earth than in satelites when electrons jump inside an atom. That seems too small to be measured presently, so the GPS system is not affected. A mathematical analysis is required to get more insight. The difference causes atomic clcock to run slower on Earth than in space; while in reality time passes faster down here due to bigger gravitational potential.
In his book The Quantum Theory of Gravitation (2003) Vasily Yanchilin notices that a photon obeys the principle of least action. Near a mass it takes a path with as big steps as possible (lower frequency) and a minimum of these. The lens effect shows a route not quite near the mass where thus in old saying time runs faster. In modern way: near mass the physical processes are speedier due to higher gravitational potential. Yanchilin analysed red shift of sunlight and comes to the conclusion that the general theory of relativity is false. The special one stays valid under assumption that there is a relation between c and the gravity potential. The latter is a scalar and in al directions the same but changes with place and time. c must have been faster in the past and drops to zero at the edge of the universe where "everything gets undetermined".
Because of the mass-energy relation there will be energy involved when a photon crosses different g-zones. If this is not obtained (or vice versa) from outside the photon must provide itself, which may cause redshift. Accordingly the time scale of the universe has to be adjusted. The mass-energy relation may also be studied regarding dark mass provided by photons. These are abundant already around the sun, let alone in the center of galaxies, except in the shade of planets. Gravity is explained by the Russian scientist as a pure quantum mechanical process. With hypothesis that mass reduces the Heisenberg uncertainty there will be in the half of a particle nearest to an external mass less quantum mechanical jumps (like milk cooking over) to the farthest half than the other way. Net result is movement of the particle in the direction of the external mass. Space is not empty but more a filled ether; where the gravity potential is transfered. The mentioned jumping may vary with local g's between nearest and farthest half thus that the quantitative manifestation changes.
How about the qualitative character of mass? The formula E=m.c (second order) may be written as E = m . c1 (instant impuls) . c2 (distance). Thus we get rid of the factor 2 in the differential. (Yanchilin explains in his book about the factor 2 by counting change of internal energy when an object is falling). Like Einstein not being such genius to discover that his general theory of relativity is wrong many present astronomers fail to adjust opinion on the Big Bang as kind of a point. In physics a point does not exist because it has no dimensions; it is a mathematical concept. The Creator may have started from kind of a field instead of propping all into a point.
