Using force to liberate hostages is normal and the israeli's must take care that Hamas cannot get more hostages when distributing food. Opting for peace the ICJ has to recognise Israel from the sea to the Jordan and reject claims originating from the dark side of the islam. Perhaps an autonomous Westbank is possible with a maximum of one third jews and in the rest of the country the same regarding arabs. The ICJ should add that DNA-registration of the world population is necessary in order to take sanctions on surpopulation. Further it should be stimulated that the Amazone-forest, the Himalaya, the Sahara, the North Pole region are cut loose from states like Antarctica as pure domain of wild flora and fauna. A maximum of citizens of a state helps take away fear in neighbouring countries and here lies a task.
As the people of the Netherlands offer the ICJ residence in The Hague the judges should not obstain from denouncing the cheating by dutch government an parliament.
Note that olive culture may be transferred to irrigated desert area, as where rain falls a green cover of thirty meters can grow. This regards Andalusia, the Westbank and most of Gaza if only descendants of the original inhabitants stay there.
