A century ago british and french statesmen with little knowledge of the Middle East drew borders there after the turkish regime collapsed. They made big mistakes: The Kurds got nothing, Saoudi-Arabia became too big and Judea + Samaria were witheld from old Israel's rebirth. Main motive in the western capitals was promoting own interests, which led to division in spheres of influence, spheres of commitment in regional affairs. Today neither France or Britain has much to do and say in the Middle East. Therefore the present dominant power, the USA can try to make new, better arrangement of borders which serve nations and peace. Note that the International Court of Justice is mistaken when basing on those 20th century borders.
Qatar can be forced to arrest the Hamas terrorists residing there and the ICJ should cooperate fully. It won't be necessary to make a few holes in Qatar's runways as plane landing elsewhere can be denied if allowing the snake's head to spew. The Saoudi dictators have to cede some territory to Jordan and can absorb Palestinians, who got too big families. It is a serious crime trying to drive jews into the sea by a population explosion and expulsion may be deemed right by a good Court. In future many of the one hundred million Egyptians (a century ago there were ten million) may starve if import of food gets suspended by natural or political cause. And Turkey as well gets inner troubles when those compatriots now in Europe have to go back because of hating jews.
The latter has religious origins and it is wise to read the Bible which tells about good and bad sheep. Considering perhaps that an autonomous Westbank within Israel with a maximum of 1/3 jews and in the rest of the country equally 1/3 arabs may reduce hate and violence. That the Sinai desert like in old times again should become no man's land (while Bedouin tribes are witheld from overgrazing green spots with their sheep) and the border is shifted somewhat south in the direction of St Catharine. That olive trees better be planted in irrigated desert area, allowing a cool green thirty meters thick cover where rain falls. This also in Gaza with domain for wild animals while only a double number of inhabitants around 1900 stay in a new pleasant city.
How to handle hostage problems? Those in power need juridical and political advise, which still lacks in many respects.
