To resettle the Gazans with houses and jobs plus necessary infrastructure and social-medical care it can be estimated that about fifty thousand dollar per person will be required. There won't be much difference whether this is achieved in the Gaza strip or elsewhere. The money has to come from outside but good intentions are known already. Instead of rebuilding in the strip a beautiful city west of El Arish is possible with p.e. canals and special desert constructions in semi high rise with inner palm gardens, keeping the hot sun out. Sewage water can be used to get green fields, also for irrigated olive culture as where these small trees grow now, where sufficient rain falls, then a thirty meters thick green cool forest may have rebirth. If the Gazans agree to move 50 miles westward in a new splendid metropole the strip may become an Egyptian national park with wild animals in the forest. So that 100 billion dollar can go to Egypt which country can use the money very well and in exchange will provide everything necessary plus workers to construct that new habitat. Be aware that many people migrated within the turkish empire from Egypt to Palestine because economic prospects were slightly better there. Be aware that causing a population explosion to drive jews into the sea is a severe crime. The arab world is big enough to live with Judea and Samaria belonging to Israel, the nation reviving after two thousand years of foreign agression. Physically people mix as can be noted by jews with blue eyes and black skin. That happened all the time through history. Culturally every nation with own language, religion, mores must be respected. By the way this is valid also for the Oigours and countries should be limited in population to say 500 million in order not to frighten neighbours. Then reflect about 200 million arabs vs the jews/the israeli's of which many are arab moslims. At the end of World War II the british and french drawing borders in the Middle East did no good job: The Kurds got nothing, the Saoudi-family gained too much and Israel should have been recognized as in old times from the sea to the river. That wrong sharing of territory cannot be base for applying justice and the ICJ has to acknowledge this. Now there is an opportunity for sharing between people and Nature with new settlement for humans in the desert west of El Arish like has been achieved in the Gulf States. And for plants, trees, wild animals the Gaza-area with rain, which can be added to Egypt by shifting the straight borderline a bit more north at the Mediterranean and at the other end a little southward.
