Brown fascism can be described as knowing law but putting it aside in order to obtain advantageous position for a minority, an esteemed elte. Although the latter word generally refers to positive characteristics which here lack as dirty violence is applied.
This kind of fascism easily deteriorates into black fascism with p.e. holocaust.
Red fascism, with many victims, is well known from derailed communist states.
When in previous centuries people were less educated they did not formulate something like art 1 of the Declaration on human rights. But the Bible already stated its content by telling that we all descend from Adam. Feudalism may have been accepted by thinking that high and low ranking is something natural. Conservatists of present era do accept law but want it to be favouring them.
Half a year ago there were elections for parliament in the Netherlands. The weeks before the rightish party VVD and the centre-left party PvdA were firm opponents; so much that many people did "strategic voting". Which is not electing their preferred smaller party but one of the two mentioned above in order to stop that the other might come to power. This resulted in a slight majority of ..... these two parties and next .... they formed a coalition government! The number of cheated strategic voters is reflected in later opinion polls: only a third of the population supports the actual government.

The question then arises whether the leaders of VVD and PvdA performed a coup. And whether the Head of State has to order new elections because it is the people that must be sovereign in democracy. However the Head of State forsakes the duty to maintain law; is out for status and money while real power is left to a clique behind curtains.
In the European Union basic law is that art 1 of the universal Declaration on human rights, firmly established also in the International Treaty on Civil Rights. One may distinguish yellow fascism as on purpose neglecting the absolute validity of art 1 and such is just what happens in Holland these months. Criminals ask themselves why socalled princes and cronies should receive millions from the national Treasury while common people often are excluded from good housing, a job and confronted with a yellow fascist police. The bad situation is solidified by the professors at the universities who are surpaid in a for life protected position, eager to sit high in the piramidal society. Therefore it will be necessary to call for help, get full impact of art 1, at the European parliament, demanding that this article is enforced in the country. Every candidate for a public function shall have to swear that he or she will respect art 1 fully and fight the saboteurs, though never taking an eye for a slain out tooth.
Yellow fascism spoils youth, but press editors up in the piramide block contributions on reform.
If the European democratic Institutes react properly the present dutch cabinet falls and likewise all those adhered now or in the past to the yellow fascism. The violation of the guaranteed equal rights will disappear. A fresh start then takes place and best is not to sit forever on a chair but roulate. Which reduces unemployment to zero and cures discontent.
Temporary unstability during the reform in The Hague may have as consequence loosing triple A status. This can come back with abolition of the dutch pensionfund system. That namely favours the well to do by tax reduction to an amount bigger than the state debt. Correction enables to get rid of that debt, transferring the money that landed by approved (by the upper class, not by the majority of the population as they do not understand the trick) tax evasion in the pockets of the rich back to the Treasury. The latter gets filled well and state pensions can be raised by several hundred euros per month, which generates multiplyer effects in the economic field. State pension is distributed evenly and such precisely is not wanted by those in the top half of a piramidal society. To freeze they apply yellow fascism.
