It is time to write a new declaration of rights for humans and animals:
Whatever a person may think every human is born free with equal rights and stays so. He is obliged to act accordingly and refuse surpower from money.
Essence of freedom is participation in counceling and decisionmaking to which purpose serve binding referenda, which can be worked out by parliaments.
Only the republic with separation of power and controll is in accordance with democratic principles.
To honest independent able persons shall be given by the people the task to find as judges reasonable solutions in cases of guilt and disadvantage.
Every animal under human controll shall have enough natural space to run, fly or swim for at least three seconds and physical distorting shall be punished.
The Amazone forest, the Sahara, the Himalaya, the North Pole regions must be cut loose from states becoming undisturbed domain for wild flora and fauna.
DNA registration is obligatory for all humans in order to take sanctions on surpopulation. No state shall have more than half a billion citizens thus not arousing fear.
All nuclear devices for war are to be dismantled.
A board of honest able persons with established independance will register trespassing and advice correction.
This concept of a better Declaration shows corruptness also in The Hague, where presently no democratic majority of the people supports an oligarchic government.
Or kind of a coup is going on with support by not independent judges.
By tax evasion stealing from the poor is favoured, world wide and in own country via the pensionfund-system.
Referenda are blocked and denied is what is worded as binding in the preambule of the European Union Treaties.
