a new candidate

                to the Editor of the New York Times,

                                                                                Americans consider their country as great. However not everybody utters him- of herself thus. It is mainly repeating words of successfull citizens, especially those who have a billion dollars and more on their bankaccount. There are many relatively poor people in the USA and worse: a lot of homeless and beggars, mostly in regions with more sunshine and warmth. Often they stopped deep thinking and trying to get out of misery into a jolly house. In not very distance they see Trump's golden sky scraper near Las Vegas Boulevard where a fine apartment is unoccupied since its owner sits in Washington.

Will the door bell be answered at the White House if someone brings message about art 1 of the Declaration on human rights? This statement is meant to be universal and is law already in the European Union because it is put in the preambule of its Treaties as base. Sadly enough many in "Brussels" are not well in reading and understanding. The content of art 1 is not quite new since the Second Great Commandment tells to respect and help the other human beings because they are as yourself. Also of course the donkey shall have Sabbath which is to be interpreted as rejection of bio-industry.

In fact "everybody is born free and with equal rights" means participating in counceling and decisionmaking. Long ago this could be realized indirectly only by delegation. Today binding referenda can be held on main topics after which a subjugated parliament works out and controlls. Since the wealthy upperclass forms a minority of the population -but not in Congress where big salaries are paid-  it is quite clear what will happen then: Spread of power and money! Imagine no more than ten years receiving payment from the Treasury, after that some one else gets the job. Billionaires won't exist anymore and personal capital probably will be limited to a maximum of hundred million dollars. Below this amount it becomes very difficult to register in a reasonable way and many conflicts would arise. The founding argumentation for this policy shall be linked to art 1, which cannot be brought in agreement with the present situation in the economic domain.

But no communist revolution need be. For a start a new institute with trustable scientists can take participation in controll of deployment of the capitals, regardless whether owned by individuals or companies. Gradually from society indications on best economic policy will be taken over and at last the superfluous capital of billionairs etc. is directed to collective organisations. Be aware that no man is able to earn billions himself; always there is kind of rejectable exploitation involved with desire to own what should be left to the others, expressed already in the Ten Commandments. The Creator, known to work with less than twohundred kinds of atoms (periodic system) to spread a gigantic variety of things, obviously also wants spiritual evolution and the state can not deny this but has to proceed accordingly with art 1. As egoistic rich people will try to hide their money from grabbing by the Treasury a date, say 1-1-2020 can be fixed for starting the new policy. Which blocks also drain to family members or protegés except minor sums of dollars. Together with tax reform for getting strong shoulders under most of the burden a new candidate for presidency may convince the americans that a nice, friendly, wealthy nation thus is in reach. Up to the media is searching that candidate, a he or a she, or even a foreigner or a collective.
