Crime Annoted Internet Register

                 Amnesty International,
A photograph showed Merkel handshaking with the chinese Number One. The latter is described in the media as a dictator, oppressing both own people as well as Tibetians and Oigours. Thus it is wrong to shake hands, which is a friendly gesture, with such a person. Likewise so behaving individuals, suspected of criminal action, p.e. Putin, the Egyptian president, Assad, etc. should be registered on Internet with opportunity for them to provide information whether data on them are not correct. This also may urge concerned authorities to behave differently if involved in wrongdoing and seek indemnation.
The register must contain too the names of judges who apparently trespass the principles of the Declaration on human rights, imprisoning or hanging innocent human beings. So far on a hard registration.
A soft one may contain names of p.e. Merkel as she was traiting victims by her attitude. Such persons should be removed from public offices and not be reelected. Further signalling concerns names of ceo's maltreating workers in poor countries. Governments may impose taxes on products not paid honestly and put the revenues into old age funds.
Families who do not take care of their children and send them away as refugees need sanctions and registration is helpful to this. Therefore DNA registration is necessary. Money can be used to free political prisoners. Amnesty International is not capabel to help all who need its help, so the proposed Crimes Annoted Internet Register may fill up the gap where official juridic courts are absent. The latter of course must continue handling their present business and in that domain the CAIR need not be operative.
Please contact universities to get a good system. A lot of juridically trained scientists there will be eager to spend time on this matter.
