What law does the International Criminal Court adhere to? Christmas means coming of the Creator's Messenger, the Messiah, the Lord who will reign forever. To reign = putting law. Not law of capitalism with exploitation of co-humans and dominating as a billionaire; not law like in China and Russia with punishment for dissidents; not law of moslims with second ranking of non believers. But obligation to act like the samaritan in the New Testament. Where God offers New Treaty with raising status of people from servants to children, all expressed poëtically. A child has to be educated and experience good and bad in order not to become a zombie or an automat. So good law is humanistic approach, inherited from christianity, though not fully according the Second Great Commandment. Here maximal penalty is an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, not an eye for a tooth.
Many persons and political leaders are not aware that on planet Earth only the humanistic vision of law must be valid when a righteous Court is involved. It is also wanted to call the Sout African government for testing its opinion to that Christmas law; which may lead to withdraw its accusation.
