experiment with atomic clocks

do not be afraid of uniting onstorming devouring black holes
The steep rocks where the river Rhine enters the Geneva lake may serve for an experiment proposed by Vasily Yanchilin on his site top-formula.net. This russian scientist, author of The Quantum Theory of Gravitation (2003), explains that obeying the principle of least action a photon seeks near mass a path with as big steps as possible (oscillations of low frequency) and a minimum of these. Observed is a slightly curved route, not close to the mass, which indicates that time runs slower away from the mass.
NIST in America maintained that it had atomic clocks precise to a second in a billion years. Of course this must be precise to a billionth in a second because things change in the universe. Such clocks placed in the valley and on the mountain will have different rate of ticking because g is not the same. In the past it appeared that atomic clocks in planes run faster than on Earth but then correction for the different duration of the second was not applied. In fact when time runs faster near mass an additional amount of the second there is needed to equalize with the duration in the plane. Thus the experiment consists of comparing the number of ticks of both clocks after a few weeks and both brought to a same location. The outcome will proove whether Einstein was right or not with his general theory of relativity, that leads to black holes. A controlling double measurement may be done on the Caribian island Saba, where the beach is quite close to the top of a 700 meter high mountain.
Almost 20 years ago Vasily Yanchilin published his book that broadens our horizon, but still wikipedia boycotts the russian scientist. A better attitude would be to provide counterargumentation if such is possible, p.e. regarding Yanchilin's analysis of red shift and read also his article in the Canadian Journal of Pure and Applied Science about Poincarté who argued that Riemnann geometry is not necessary when taking the unit of length not as a constant. He asks contributions on the problem of energy transfer from Earth to Moon and send such to his site.
