                                         If one in seven americans is poor then a new party originating from and for these people may change the way of life, sitting in Congress and there rule together with democrats or republicans. One cannot wait till next generation to change the election system but immediately the sovereign people of the USA should set aside the wealthy members of Congress and organise direct elections. No billionair can be allowed to lead a parasitic life and his surplus has to go direction Treasury or coöperative enterprises.
