hostages have rights

The International Court of Justice,
Good law requires opposing the spreading by justice courts of rumours. Unfortunately the ICJ tells the world that Israël may-be is busy with genocide. Facts however show that such is not the case and the people of Israël should not be accused of crime on instignation of sympathizers with those who hate jews. If not corrected it will be necessary to disqualify the members of the ICJ.
The ICJ calls for distributing food in Gaza. An easy way to do so is dropping matzes or muesli in tiny packets, falling like leaves from a tree. The same can be achieved in hungry parts of Sudan at relatively low costs. It is reported that Hamas has supplies of food which this criminal organisation does not distribute among the people. The ICJ should address to Hamas to do so instead of reproaching Israel that it takes measures to avoid confiscating food by Hamas that is from Israël available.
Best is that every day the ICJ summons Hamas to release the hostages, which will ease tension. Not assisting people (the hostages) when they need that is in law considered as a crime and punishable. This regards the Red Cross too.
The ICJ if really opposing terrorism may consider involvement of NATO with military means to stop Hamas and Hezbollah. The leaders of these organisations must be brought to court. Delay is not acceptable.
The government of Egypt can contribute by dismantling Hamas in Rafah.
